jimzeen lives in Oaktown just north of downtown which is a neighborhood composite of Korean and African business, young artsy types, new kitsch galleries, senior complexes, drug rehab establishments, brand new yuppy apartment buildings (some not yet completed) with appropriate pricey bars and their very own Starbucks, and, of course, hustlers and the homeless. jimzeen is about to leave the apartment and show you what's out there . . .
